3.5This was entertaining. A truly medieval tale, one doesn't often get in historicals and set in the West Country. Plays on the drama of the Templars, alchemy, religious intolerance, roles of women and the life of a tournament knight. Very interesting. The sexual interaction is surprisingly candid and saucy, depicting the unpretentious view of relations during that period.
