REMEMBER: Friends are the family you pick for yourself!This book makes me want to shake people who need to learn to kick flotsam, aka A$$holes, to the curb. NO! Love does not mean putting up with never-ending, unreasonable shit from people--whether they're related to you or not. Dex/David--dude you need therapy. Taking on the identity of a dead person to keep them alive is NOT good.Kane--you seriously need to lose the Hero complex. Even with the melodrama I liked this book. More than anything I appreciated the MC's ability to knit together a new support system.
