I liked the story. It was funny and snarky and seemed to be wrapping up when halfway through there was a total shift and it seemed like a new story using the same characters started. I lost momentum reading with the bizarre change and stopped. What I did read was entertaining in a alpha male and no mess with me chick coming together. A lot of smexin' and plenty of humorous quotes--I just got a little bored at some point and stopped reading. Favorite quotes:Because isn’t that what the holidays are all about— letting your family make you wish you were an orphan?Mace really wanted to shift right then and there. Rip the man’s throat out and bring his lifeless corpse back to Dez as a kind of pre-wedding gift.
